GeoLinc Plus is online system that provides access to assessment, tax, registry, and property mapping information for any parcel of land in Prince Edward Island. 

GeoLinc Plus is best viewed in an up-to-date web browser.


Please note that GeoLinc Plus is not compatible with Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Apple iOS/Safari versions 16 and earlier.
  

Do I need to pay for GeoLinc Plus?

GeoLinc Plus is a paid subscription service. You require a minimum 30-day subscription to use the GeoLinc Plus service.  The cost for this service is $15.65 plus HST.  You can register and pay online with a credit card, or download the registration form to register manually and pay with a cheque at Register for GeoLinc Plus.

How do I get a username and password?

Once you have registered, your username will be your email address.  Before you log in for the first time, you will be required to reset your password by following the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Home page.  Your password must include upper-case and lower-case letters, a number and a special character.

What does it mean if I get an error stating that I am not authorized to access an area of the GeoLinc Plus site?

An unauthorized access error message indicates that your subscription has expired.  Visit the Register or Renew GeoLinc Plus page to extend your subscription.  You can view the status of your subscription, including the expiry date, by selecting Account Information in the Account menu.

How do I change my contact information in GeoLinc Plus?

To change your email address or to update your address and phone number in your GeoLinc Plus account information, please contact Taxation and Property Records at 902-368-4070 or taxandland@gov.pe.ca.

What is the Address Locator?

The Address Locator is a free online tool that is available to everyone. You can use the Address Locator to display maps and information about civic addresses.
